Massage from the Desk of the President

The main aim of society is to give education to the poor and needy children of the weaker section (specially for girls) in our country along with establishing, running, maintaining school, educational & training institution, social work organization etc. This society runs a school named Begum Khan Bahadur Public Higher Secondary School. It is an English medium M.P. Board affiliated School. Initially in 1992-93 Nursery to Std. Ist Class were started which has upgraded to class Vth in 1997-98 and to class Xth in 2007-08 and to class XIth – XIIth in 2010-11.
Keeping the aim of the society which says to promote economical and social advancement and to engage in all such activities which are likely to improve the quality of needy people, the school imparts education to the students with modern techniques and various play-way methods. The school follows the Montessori method for the pre-primary children. All teachers have gone through the training for Montessori training. The school has well equipped computer and other lab so that children not only just study theoretically but can also verify it practically, thereby having more understanding in the subject.
Co-curricular activities are paid equal importance along with the academics. The society also aims to organise seminars, conference, workshop, lectures for the furtherance of and objects of the society and the overall development of children. Also the society promotes cultural programs and activities are organized in the school throughout the session so that children can show up their talent. The teachers and staff ensure maximum participation and ample practice opportunities for class activities. Well deigned lesson that facilitate student’s learning are prepared by the teachers. They also take regular assessment to monitor and reinforce student learning.
The society also ensures that school has appropriate discipline and class management. It also look after ways to enhance the physical, mental and social/emotional development of every child. It also gives opportunities to improve emerging social and co-operative skills through physical activity and gain a multi-cultural perspective. The staffs are well-educated, trained and experienced.
Along with studied and extracurricular activities, school also provides physical education and physical activities both contribute to the development of healthy, active children.
As the society also has the aim to work for the welfare of women & children. School provides free education to the children of widows and gives concession in fee to poor and needy children.
The children who are unable to cope up with the other students are also given personal attention. Extra classes are organized for them so that they work more hard and come up to the level to compete with others, and this attempt has surely given good results these years.
Education in school is open to all without discretion of colour, cast creed, religion or gender. The school makes an attempt to make a difference in child’s life. Thus, school exists solely for the purpose of education and not for profit.
